LLnet Inc. (“LLnet Inc.”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a Canadian software company incorporated in the Province of Ontario and operated by Craig Bondy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit llnet-inc.ca or use any product operated by LLnet Inc., including Presaga, Ai Page Tool, Dealer Boss, and My Resume Robot (collectively, the “Services”).
Data residency at a glance
LLnet Inc. has intentionally built a 100% Canadian infrastructure. Application servers are hosted in Canada, our self-hosted analytics is Canadian, our mail platform is Canadian, our identity provider is Canadian, and all artificial-intelligence inference is served from Cerebras data centers located in Canada. Customer data, prompts, and AI outputs do not leave Canadian soil during the ordinary operation of the Services. The only exception is the limited payment metadata required by Stripe to authorize a transaction (see Section 3).
1. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to deliver and improve the Services.
- Account information. Name, email address, organization, and credentials you supply when registering for an account on any of our Services.
- Payment information. When you purchase a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”). LLnet Inc. never stores full payment card numbers or CVV codes on its own systems. Stripe provides us with a transaction ID, the last four digits of the card, the card brand, and billing region for our records.
- Usage data. Pages you visit, features you use, timestamps, IP address, browser type, and referring page. We use a self-hosted instance of Umami Analytics operated on our own Canadian infrastructure — no third-party analytics cookies are placed and no usage data is sent outside Canada.
- Content you provide. Files, documents, prompts, and configuration you submit to any Service in the course of using it.
- Support communications. The contents of any email, contact-form submission, or support ticket you send us.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To process payments, send receipts, and prevent fraud (through Stripe).
- To respond to support requests and communicate about your account.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent security incidents and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations, including Canadian and Ontario tax and corporate law.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer content to train third-party AI models.
3. Third-party processors
LLnet Inc. uses a small number of carefully chosen service providers to operate the Services:
| Provider | Purpose | Region |
|---|---|---|
| OVHcloud Canada | Application server hosting | Canada |
| Cerebras Systems | Large-language-model inference for all AI features | Canada |
| Let’s Encrypt | TLS certificate issuance | Global (issuance only — no customer data) |
| Stripe, Inc. | Payment processing | Global (limited transaction metadata only) |
Each of these processors handles only the data necessary for its function and is bound by its own published privacy and security commitments. We do not use any other third-party AI provider, and we do not transmit customer prompts or AI outputs to providers outside Canada.
4. Cookies
We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies — primarily for authentication and session management on individual Services. We do not place advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Our self-hosted Umami analytics is configured to operate without any tracking cookies and without sending data to third parties.
5. Data retention
- Account data is retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle billing, tax, and dispute obligations.
- Payment records are retained for seven (7) years to satisfy Canada Revenue Agency record-keeping requirements.
- Server logs are retained for ninety (90) days for security and incident-response purposes.
6. Security
LLnet Inc. operates its own infrastructure inside Canada. Servers are hardened with non-default SSH ports, key-only authentication, automatic security updates, fail2ban, and a centralized OIDC identity provider (Authentik, self-hosted in Canada). TLS is enforced for all customer-facing endpoints. Per-application backups run nightly to a hypervisor-local store inside Canada, with offsite Canadian expansion planned.
No system is perfectly secure. If you become aware of a vulnerability, please report it to security@llnet-inc.ca.
7. Your rights
If you are located in Canada, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction with comparable privacy law, you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Request that we correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal information (subject to retention obligations above).
- Withdraw consent for any processing that relies on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner).
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@llnet-inc.ca.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International transfers
LLnet Inc. is designed to keep personal information inside Canada. The single material exception is Stripe, which may process limited transaction metadata (card brand, last four digits, billing region, transaction ID) on infrastructure outside Canada to authorize and settle payments. Where that limited transfer occurs, we rely on Stripe’s published contractual safeguards (including standard contractual clauses where applicable) to protect the data. AI processing does not leave Canada — all LLM inference is served from Cerebras data centers located in Canada.
10. Changes to this policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective date at the top and, for material changes, notify account holders by email and via an in-product notice at least fourteen (14) days before the change takes effect.
