AI Rental Tool is LLnet Inc.’s rental-management platform for landlords, property managers, and small portfolios. It pairs the day-to-day operational workflow — listings, applicants, leases, maintenance — with an AI layer that handles the parts traditionally lost to email and spreadsheets. The product is currently in the final stages of development ahead of public launch.
What it does
- Listings and inquiries. Compose, publish, and triage incoming inquiries across your portfolio.
- Applicant intake. Capture applications, attach supporting documents, and surface the relevant signals without sifting through PDFs.
- Leases and renewals. Track lease terms, renewal windows, and rent escalations in one place.
- Maintenance. Tenants log issues; the system routes, tracks, and closes them.
- AI assistance. Drafting messages, summarizing long threads, and answering “what’s outstanding on unit X?” — handled by the AI layer.

Supabase data layer running on a dedicated LLnet-operated Canadian VM, fronted by nginx with Let’s Encrypt TLS. All AI inference is served from Cerebras data centers in Canada — no tenant data, no message content, and no AI prompts ever leave Canadian soil.
